6:30am - 9:00am
12:30pm - 2:30pm
6:00pm - 8:00pm
We do not offer drop off/pick up hours on Sunday
All drop off and pick up of guests will be scheduled ahead of time within the above business hours.
Payment is due when picking up your dog(s) No exceptions
Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable payment methods.
When paying with Credit/Debit Card, there will be a 3% fee added to your total bill.
Please be respectful and courteous of our business hours. If you are running late or behind, please just let us know. If you are 15 or more minutes late (without notice) you will be charged and additional $20. We live on site, so not only is this our business but also our home. Our "off" hours are our personal time.
First and for most, all dogs are required to be up to date on Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. (unless you have a letter from your vet explaining why your dog is unable to have their DHPP or Bordetella. No exceptions for Rabies) Proof from your vet must be provided before we will accept any boarding or daycare dogs. What this means is, if you show up with your dog(s) without the proper paperwork/out of date shots, we will have to turn you and your dog(s) away.
We don't want to do this, BUT it is the law for our business.
We highly suggest keeping your dogs on flea and tick prevention. If your dog is found to have fleas or ticks, we will treat your dog with a product recommended by a vet and you will be appropriately charged.
We DO NOT accept any dogs who are aggressive toward humans,
NO exceptions! If your dog is dog aggressive, we ask that you please make us aware of that at the time of booking. We will do our best to work with you and your dog depending on the extent of your dog's aggression toward other dogs.
All dogs MUST be spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason or they are under a year old. Written proof from a veterinarian is required explaining the reason for not having your dog(s) altered.
We happily supply all bedding, bowls, treats and toys. If you would like to carry any of these along with your pet, you are more than welcome to. All bedding will be returned to you washed and dried.
Food, we ask that you please supply enough food to feed your dog for the time they are with us. Changing a dog's diet when entering boarding is never a good idea. Most dogs, when changing their food, tend to get upset stomachs.
If not enough food is supplied, we will feed your dog what we have on hand but will also charge $5.oo per day for this service.
PLEASE understand that if you do not carry along enough food for your dog's stay and we need to feed what we have. It is more than likely your dog will go home with an upset stomach. So PLEASE bring along a day or two extra of food to be on the safe side. Neither one of us want your dog(s) to have stomach issues.
